It was designed to meet or exceed IP68 ingress protection and MIL‑STD‑810H environmental performance standards. Sub‑assemblies were subjected to rigorous thermal, vibration and mechanical shock testing to replicate real‑world automotive service conditions.
Prior to real-world testing, a third-party forensic engineering firm conducted a comprehensive failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) across electrical, mechanical, thermal and software domains to confirm performance margins and safety integrity. Validation units logged more than 11,000 hours of endurance testing from the freezing mountain nights in Utah and Colorado to 120+°F desert heat in Palm Springs, CA. Validation units ran cool, stable and strong through the kind of vibration, heat and load extremes that break lesser systems.
Three pending patents span installation, physical and thermal design, embedded software, and electrical/mechanical optimizations — delivering a breakthrough in high‑current, predictive protection built for real‑world abuse. A high‑temperature industrial‑spec microcontroller applies pattern‑recognition across sensor readings and usage states to self‑calibrate to your vehicle, tightening protection the instant parasitic‑drain anomalies are detected.
